Each year we receive many requests from individuals and organizations for donations. More requests come in than we can fulfill.
We consider requests made by 501(c)3 organizations [non-profit organization] which are based within Guilford County, NC. Requests must be submitted on the Zeto Donation Request Application (click the PDF icon). Time does not permit our going to web sites for information. All of the information we need to consider can be completed on the application form with no more than 1 additional page if you have something additional you want to send. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
Donation requests must be for a specific project (not the organization's general fund). The project must have a defined goal to be met and a completion date. The completed application must arrive at Zeto at least 30 days before the event.

Wines by the taste, half glass or glass from our self-serve VinoMatic wine system. All you need is your VinoMatic card. Our staff will gladly assist if you need a VinoMatic card. They start at $10 and increase in multiples of $5 plus NC sales tax.
